3.3 You must not share, sell, transfer, or permit any third party to access your Account. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.
3.4 ep88 may at its discretion lock or suspend an Account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to unusual login patterns, anomalous betting behaviour, or signs of Account compromise.
4.1 ep88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect, as well as USDT TRC20 and select credit cards. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. ep88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method or account registered in your name. ep88 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification prior to releasing withdrawal funds.
4.4 ep88 targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high demand. ep88 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal timeframe.
4.5 ep88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the resolution of any dispute, investigation, or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.6 Any deposit made that cannot be matched to a legitimate payment source may be reversed. Funds obtained through fraudulent transactions will be forfeited and the relevant Account suspended.
5.1 ep88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the Account holder only and may not be transferred to another player. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the creation of multiple accounts or collusive play, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and Account suspension.
5.4 ep88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses that have already been credited and accepted by a Player.
5.5 Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the individual promotion terms. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
6.1 All bets placed on ep88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in which they are placed. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface on the Platform.

6.3 In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrect odds display, a system malfunction, or a data feed error — ep88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player Wallets. ep88's determination as to whether a manifest error has occurred shall be final.
6.4 ep88 may impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or Account at its discretion without prior notice.
6.5 All live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of certified live dealers operating in licensed studio environments. All Random Number Generator (RNG) game outcomes are determined by independently audited RNG systems. ep88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ep88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Balances accrued from genuine deposited funds (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the Player following satisfactory identity verification, subject to any outstanding withdrawal restrictions.
